The Spring Oven is a terracotta ovenware pot with a unique channel inside the vessel that holds water and generates steam. What began as a university research project to determine the most effective way to bake at home has become an award-winning design for a kitchen tool that uses steam. Home bakers have always been challenged with the lack of steam to aid in the baking process in their ovens. Steam helps a bread dough rise and also creates the perfect crust at the end of baking. The Spring Oven is the only solution that generates steam inside the ovenware pot itself without having to heat up large pots of water to place inside a conventional oven during the baking process.Our Return Policy
