This Tastemade exclusive is handcrafted out of salvaged California trees. Each board is one-of-a-kind and finished with coconut oil and beeswax, so your salami, camembert, and aged sharp cheddar will have a home like no other.

Made from salvaged pepper wood from a wind-felled Altadena pepper tree, solid hand bent brass handle 

Finished with a wax oil made from a blend of organic coconut oil and beeswax

Hand wash only 

For wood upkeep, coconut or mineral oil is recommended

The brass is solid and un-finished, so a natural patina will occur. To refinish the brass, a vinegar and salt solution is recommended

Paul Delmont is a Los Angeles-based woodworker who crafts premium, essential kitchen tools and accessories. All of the wood is locally sourced in California and hand-cut, treated, and finished by Delmont. His pieces are beautiful, functional, and reflect the character of the tree and environment from which they came.
