About the Brand
Dana’s Bakery started out in a small kitchen in Hawthorne, New Jersey by former photo-editor, now trained professional pastry chef, Dana Loia. Originally drawn to the French macarons for their delicate beauty and distinct texture, Dana saw that there were only a few flavors that were popular. In 2012, Dana’s Bakery was formed to ship these sometimes hard-to-find treats nationwide. She now adds her own all-American twists to these French desserts, creating unique new flavors all the time! Our Return Policy

This parchment paper will help you look lie a pro baker! When I saw the $10 price tag, I thought "how much difference can there be in parchment paper!?" but I was running a macaron making class for teens and I needed parchment with templates for them. Lo and behold, this paper was thick and had superior non stick to the national brand from the grocery store AND the bulk warehouse store. The kids' macarons slid right off, even ones that were slightly overbaked or underbaked. PLUS each roll comes with a high-quality plastic piping tip (look inside the cardboard roll inside the box). At home I use silpat mats, but this parchment will be my go-to for classes or large groups. Be aware that the circles are about 1.5" in diameter, slightly bigger than I was expecting. If you're thinking about trying this parchment, do it.
I ordered this paper for myself and it has been a wonderful help. It keeps the cookies evenly spaced, and uniform in size. You can place under a mat for a guide if you want, then slid it out.
This stuff is magical
I bought this parchment paper to make macarons with a high school french club. This is the BEST Quality parchment I have ever used. Thick, very nonstick and great markings. Don't hesitate!
Love the ‘pre-marks’ for macarons
Paper was amazing. Made macarons using them for a friends wedding. Paper was super helpful and worked perfectly.. the boxed kits... not so much
