If the French Butter Keeper is good enough for Julia Child, it's good enough for us. Now you can have soft better at the ready, all day every day. Put your softened butter into the lid portion of the dish, and add water to the base. When the dish is closed, the water creates a seal around the butter to keep it fresh! No refrigeration = no cold butter. Hallelujah!
