About the Brand
The Frywall was invented in a kitchen in Brooklyn, NY out of the need to find an easy way to clean up, or better yet, avoid oil splatters. A particularly splatter-some duck breast drove the founder, Yair Reiner, to find a solution. He made the first Frywall himself, from a two-part silicone paste he found on the Internet. This changes the splatter game
Totally works for guarding splatter, just make sure you get the right size. It's pretty tall, but it folds up nicely and doesn't take up too much space in your cabinet. It's a good gadget to have to save some cleaning time!
